Online booking payments are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, we’re happy to issue a credit for future use—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This policy helps us manage the high demand for appointments and support our team to continue doing the work they love.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a 60% fee, and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee. This policy protects our self-employed therapists from unexpected income loss and helps us manage our high demand for bookings. Thank you for understanding.
