24 hours notice is requested for any cancellation so that your appointment can be filled. If less than 24 hours is given, full fee may be charged. This is at the discretion of the massage therapist. Our massage therapists are self-employed so if an appointment is left empty after a late cancellation they don’t get paid. Please be respectful of their time.
